How do I make a reservation?

There are several ways to make a reservation;
1st – you may visit our website; www.chgworld.com, choose the selected hotel and location, then input the intended stay dates and number of nights and click “Book Now”. After that, select the preferred room type, input your personal details (i.e. the person that will be staying) and follow the payment instructions.

Are there any discount/special rates or ongoing promotions available?

You may visit our promo page on www.chgworld.com/promo to find all our ongoing promotions and discount codes. Alternatively, you may also look into our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/containerhotelgroup/, for the latest promotions.

How and when do I pay the room charge?

Room charges will be collected upon making a reservation. There are several ways to pay the room charges; i.e. Visa, Master, PayPal and cash.

Can I request for changes in my reservation?

Yes, you may change your reservation 7 days prior to check-in date by contacting the hotel directly.

How do I cancel my booking? Is there a hotel cancellation policy?

Should you wish to cancel your bookings, please get in touch with the hotel and inform them of your intentions. However, our hotel practices non-refundable policy as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

What should I do if I’m looking to book for a group?

If you’re looking to book for more than 15 people, you may fill up your booking detail in our Group booking page

ARRIVING AND CHECKING IN

What time is check-in/check-out?

Standard check-in time is at 1500 hours while check-out time is at 12 noon.

Can I check-in/check-out out of the standard timing?

Yes, you may check-in outside of the standard timing as our reception operates for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, do contact the hotel on your timing so that the hotel can make the necessary arrangement for a quick and hassle-free check-in.

Can I store my luggage before and/or after check-in?

Yes, you may approach our Front Desk staff to assist on this. For Capsule Hotel, lockers are available for rent from the reception before and/or after check-in

How do I contact the hotel?

How much is the cost for late check-out arrangement?

Late check-out is subject to availability and is chargeable at 50% of the day's rate.

How can I get to the hotel from the nearest airport, train station or bus stops?

You can find all the directions and travel tips on our hotel website under “Getting Here”.

HOTEL SERVICES

Do you offer wireless internet connection?

Yes. We provide wireless internet connection at all our hotel; i.e. guestrooms and common area.

Can I change currency at the hotel?

Sorry, we do not provide such facilities at the hotel. However, do approach our Front Desk to inquire on the whereabouts of the nearest money changer facilities.

Are hair dryers provided?

Yes, they are furnished at the bathroom area.

Are towels or other toiletries provided with the room?

Yes, toiletries are provided.

Are pets welcome to the hotel?

Sorry pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Do you have any laundry facilities and how much is the cost?

Sorry, we do not provide laundry facilities at the hotel.

Can I make a photocopy or send a fax?

Yes, you may photocopy or send a fax at the Front Desk of each hotel. However, to accommodate every guest, we are restricting the photocopy to 2 copies only and 2 faxes for each person.

Do you have a hotel allocated parking space?

Sorry, we do not provide an allocated parking space. However, do get in touch with our hotel to inquire on the nearest parking space.
